Our privacy policy is here for your protection and is very important to us. All Ezi Loan clients must sign a one page Privacy Agreement with us, which define our responsibilities to you, and gives you complete access to any & all personal information kept on our files or in our records.

We comply with the National Privacy Principles (introduced on 21st December 2001) as well as our existing obligations of client confidentiality, the Code of Banking Practice, the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) Membership Guidelines, and the Credit Provider Provisions in the Privacy Act.
