Experience
Managing Director, Michael Bull (above), has more than 20 years experience in financial services and bank lending, working for Barclays Bank, St George Bank, Westpac, and Chase AMP Bank. That brings valuable inside knowledge to an industry where many brokers have limited experience (80% never having worked in finance before setting up as Mortgage Brokers !) and where many have no relevant educational qualifications. Michael was also one of Australia's youngest Licensed Investment Advisors at age 23, working for David R Bleakley & Associates then Personal investment Planners.
Qualifications
Michael is a fully qualified accountant, and has a Commerce degree from the University of NSW. As such he is able to advise on negative gearing, capital gains tax & land tax - at no charge for those taking out an investment property loan. We provide intelligent solutions to your specific borrowing requirements. Michael is currently halfway through obtaining his Financial Planning license (having let the previous one lapse in the mid 1990's).
